"I really want to rate them zero stars"
I really want to rate them zero stars. They delivered a broken pool back in July. I informed them about the damage. They sent another one, but guess what? It was also damaged. I reached out again. I arranged for the second pool to be picked up. But nobody showed up to collect it. Now, they’re refusing to send me a new one because too much time has passed! It’s January now, and I still haven’t received what I paid for.

"Problems with my order"
I'm having some trouble with my order. I can't seem to get anyone on the phone, and they aren't responding to my emails. The customer service is really lacking. But hey, they did eventually contact me, and we managed to sort things out.

This site is super simple to navigate, plus they offer payment plans that won’t rip you off and make you pay a ton more in the long run. Shipping was quick and hassle-free. I’d totally recommend it, 10 out of 10!

They offer financing for graphics cards for gaming rigs! This is a total game changer.... no kidding! Given the current market situation, they actually have stock and financing options at reasonable prices! The staff is super helpful and there's some flexibility as well!

I had a wonderful experience with the service, and my rent-to-own appliances got delivered right on schedule. They mentioned it would arrive between 1 and 3 PM, but they actually came sooner than I thought!

"Watch out for this joint..."
I gotta say, keep your distance from this place. Based on these reviews, I’m baffled by all the talk about fantastic tracking info. I ordered a treadmill, and they promised it would arrive yesterday, February 1, but it never showed up. They told me they can't provide a tracking number, which is just wild. I've never encountered a company that operates like this. Plus, good luck trying to reach anyone by phone; it’s all done through text. Seriously, this place feels like a complete scam.

"Ordered a 75” TV but faced issues"
I placed an order for a 75” TV, but was informed they were out of stock. Then I found out that Best Buy doesn’t deliver or ship 75” TVs (funny enough, I just had a new TV from BEST BUY delivered without any hassle). They ended up charging me for a 58” TV at the same price as the 75” one. Total SCAMMERS AND UNPROFESSIONAL…Better run while you still can.

Not sure who I was chatting with, but they were super helpful. I had a bunch of issues, and we began our conversation at 1 PM, wrapping it up around 5:30 PM. Seriously, they were really great!
